Bowel cancer also known as colorectal cancer or colon cancer is any cancer that affects the colon (large bowel) and rectum (back passage). They stress a diet that is low in fruits and vegetables and is high in red/processed meat and smoking and alcohol, may also increase the risk of developing the disease. They state it is critical for people to increase the intake of fish, bread and fruit and decrease the sugar and red processed meat intake.
