Subscribe and Save is now available at Incontinence UK! Our aim is to make your online shopping experience as easy and hassle free as possible. With Subscribe and Save it doesn't get any easier!
On select products across our website we have introduced the option to subscribe to your favourite products with savings of up to 10% on every order! Simply select the 'Subscribe and Save' option when adding a product to your basket and select the delivery frequency that's best suited to you.
When you're ready, simply checkout as normal and your subscription is ready to go. Your first order will be processed straight away and we'll keep you updated on all your future orders.
Subscriptions can be managed in your account and can be adjusted or paused at any time. Below are some frequently asked questions but if there's something we've missed please contact us.

We are aiming to make as many products available for Subscribe and Save as possible. We will be adding new products regularly so if you don't see what you want right now, that doesn't mean it won't be available in the future! Not all products will be able to have this option and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Starting a subscription is completely free and each product will have a discount of up to 10% on the store price at that time. There's no added fees or minimum term contract.

Your subscription will run as long as you let it. You will receive regular emails to keep you up to date with where your subscription is at and when you can expect your next delivery.

Your first order will be like any other you make on Incontinence Shop. It will be delivered with the delivery method you have chosen. All subsequent orders will be delivered in intervals from this delivery date. For example if you order and select '4 Weeks' as your interval, the next delivery will be 4 weeks from this date.

The cost and method of delivery for each subscription order is the same as non-subscription orders. This means you can take advantage of any existing delivery offers. If you have multiple subscriptions shipping at the same time you will only be charged once for delivery. More information can be found on our dedicated delivery page.

Yes! Simply go to Account > Subscribe and Save to adjust your Subscribe and Save preferences as much as you like.

To manage all of your subscriptions including the ability to pause/cancel when necessary, go to Account > Subscribe and Save.

We're sorry to hear there's been a problem processing your order. The email should include the reason why but if you're unsure please contact us. Typical reasons include the product you've ordered is out of stock or the payment card details are incorrect/out of date. For example, the card may have expired or you may not have previously ticked the 'Save card for future purchases' during checkout.

We are unable to process your order if your selected product is out of stock. However, as soon as the product is back in stock your order will be processed. This may result in the payment being processed later than normal. If you're unable to wait and have seen a different product or would like us to suggest an alternative, please give us a call. We'll be able to place a one-off order with the discount included.

Updating your card details can be done by going to Account > My Saved Cards. From here you'll be able to edit your existing card details or add a new card.
Can I have more than one subscription and if so, will they arrive at the same time?

There are no limits on the number of subscriptions you can have. Subscriptions that have the same frequency will likely be delivered on the same day by the same courier. However, as we ship products from multiple warehouses you may find deliveries take place on different days.

Unfortunately it's not possible to add, remove or change the product in a subscription. To make these kind of changes you'll need to create a new subscription and cancel the existing one. You can manage your subscriptions by going to Account > Subscribe and Save.

Subscribe and Save orders require a valid payment to be saved to your account for future orders to be processed automatically. Please ensure the 'Save card for future purchases' box is ticked during checkout. All card details are encrypted and saved securely.

By default, all Subscribe and Save products have up to 10% off. However, if the product is also on promotion whilst you have an active subscription both discounts will be applied consecutively. The additional discount will only apply when the product is on promotion. For example, if the product has a promotion of 5% off you would receive both this and the Subscribe and Save discount. If the 5% promotion has ended when your next subscription order is due only the Subscribe and Save discount will be applied.

The pricing and discounts of products can change without notice, although we always aim to keep our pricing as low as possible. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you're unhappy with any pricing changes. If you notice a price change and wish to cancel your order please contact us to discuss possible options.
