15 November 2016
This Saturday 19
th November is both International Men’s Day and World Toilet Day which

is relevant for all our
Incontinence UK customers.
The objectives of
International Men's Day include a focus on men's and boy's health, improving gender relations, promoting gender equality, and highlighting positive male role models. It is an occasion for men to celebrate their achievements and contributions, in particular their contributions to community, family, marriage, and child care while highlighting the discrimination against them.
Although most of our incontinence products are unisex, we have some specific products
just for men. The loss of bladder control is relatively common among men especially in the older age group and for people who suffer with prostrate issues. Do take a look at our range of
male incontinence products.
World Toilet Day
World Toilet Day aims to raise awareness about people who do not have access to a toilet – despite the human right to water and sanitation. Going to the toilet here in the UK is something we all take for granted so this year make it a day that we do something about the less fortunate.
Of the world’s seven billion people, 2.4 billion people do not have improved sanitation. 1 billion people still defecate in the open. Poor sanitation increases the risk of disease and malnutrition, especially for women and children.
Improving sanitation and hygiene is one of the most crucial steps towards supporting better nutrition and improved health
