These incontinence pants are like standard Y-fronts. They have a waterproof liner and an absorbent pad inside. They are designed to fit closely around the legs to prevent leakages.

Dealing with light male incontinence needn’t be an issue. You don’t have to wear noisy, bulky disposable incontinence products like pads, disposable pants or nappies. We have a range of waterproof absorbent underwear that looks and feels like your normal underwear. Simply wear in place of whatever you would usually wear.
